"Prior to the commencement of the activity subject to the service, in the event that one of the essential elements of the agreement is altered contrary to the relevant provisions of the agreement, and the Participant notifies in writing that they do not accept this alteration, the Participant shall be entitled to the following elective rights. The Participant must notify the Agency immediately and in writing as to which elective right they wish to exercise. Otherwise, the fulfillment of this elective right will not be possible.

A) Participation in another activity of equivalent or reasonably higher value offered by the Agency. B) Participation in another activity of lower value, provided that the price difference is refunded to them. C) Withdrawal from the agreement without paying any compensation/penalty.

Refunds shall be made by the Agency to the Participant who communicates their right of withdrawal, to the bank account number notified in writing, without any deductions, within a maximum of 7 working days.

In the event that the activity subject to the service is canceled despite the Participant not being at fault and the absence of any reason justifying the Agency under the other provisions of the agreement, the elective rights of the Participant specified in Article 7.1 shall arise under the same conditions.

In the event that our participants cancel the holiday package they have purchased, the prepayment they have submitted will not be refunded, and they shall be deemed to have accepted this agreement from the moment the reservation is made. For participants who pay the full amount via credit card on our website, the required prepayment amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be remitted to them within a maximum of 15 days. For participants who make a prepayment via credit card, the fee they have paid will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. However, upon request, participants may postpone their reservations to future dates or, if they desire, transfer their reservations to the following year.

In the presence of valid and serious reasons such as the death or injury of the Participant or their first-degree relative, any illness, pregnancy, or similar health condition preventing them from participating in the activity and/or daily tour, significant changes to educational schedules or exam dates, and provided that these are proven with written documentation; due to the fact that accommodation services for daily tours and activity holidays are provided through agency and hotel businesses contracted by the Agency, and the Agency bears liability towards these agency and hotel businesses, the full tour price shall be refunded for cancellation and refund requests made with written and documented justification at least 15 days prior to the date of the activity and daily tour. For cancellation and refund requests made with written and documented justification at least 7 days prior, half of the tour price shall be refunded by the Agency to the account notified by the Participant within a maximum of 7 working days. If there are fewer days remaining than the aforementioned periods, cancellation and refund requests shall under no circumstances be accepted.

Subject to the reasons and formal requirements specified in the preceding provision, the Participant reserves the right to request a tour and date change with written and documented justification up to at least 7 days prior to the date the activity and daily tour will take place. In the event of a price difference arising from the tour change, the Participant is obligated to pay the respective price difference."
